The accommodation regrets it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the property or parking vehicles.
Please be informed that smoking is prohibited in the entire building and the property reserves the right to charge you a huge fee if you do not comply with the non-smoking policy or if you damage the property.
Our properties are competitively priced to encourage contractors/guests and also because the central heating is programmed to turn off automatically when the temperature reaches 21C. You must agree with our "fair usage" policy. Water and energy not allowed to be wasted unnecessarily.

Please note that your reservation may be cancelled without any refund if you are more than the number of guests declared during the booking as that is classed as a false declaration.
