"SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort was absolutely incredible. The views alone are worth the trip; rugged coastline, endless ocean, and some of the most peaceful scenery we’ve experienced. Watching the waves crash against the rocks from the balcony felt unreal, especially at sunset. The cottage itself was spotless, modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with huge windows that made you feel connected to the landscape the entire time. It had the perfect balance of luxury and tranquility. The location is also fantastic if you want to explore Vancouver Island while still feeling tucked away from everything. Quiet, relaxing, and genuinely memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or just a place to disconnect and recharge, this place delivers. We’ll definitely be coming back."

"What a beautiful stay.My mom and I spent three nights and all we can say is wow! Scott was an exceptional host and the house was just as exceptional. The pictures simply don't do it justice. Clean, quiet and absolutely peaceful. Hope to be back one day. Thanks for a great experience."

"No water , robes in the room, coffee and tea were not replenished. Had to ask at front desk. Elevator out of service and access to the pool was blocked off, due to an event in the conference room so had to take stairs and go outside to enter it. Blaring music Sunday morning from the retainers at 7:30 means no peaceful coffee on the balcony. "

"The dining chairs were filthy dirty. Recycling and garbage were piled high outside when we arrived. There was a continuous beeping in the kitchen that no one could figure out. Burnt frying pans that could not be scrubbed clean. Showers had this orange soap scum on walls and edges of shower floor. Black mouldy hamper in laundry room. Could not find pillow cases for beds had to ask for them . Construction workers were working on the lower unit and we were not alerted. In stating all of this if you are looking for a beautiful private home on the water with a wonderful dock and an awesome view and you don’t mind the lack of cleanliness than this might be worth checking out."
