"My sons & I had a wonderful stay for 3nts/4days. The staff were friendly, polite and respectful. The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. The resort was clean with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The staff were always happy to help in any way possible way. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Location was fantastic and the breakfast was truly amazing. The hotel facilities were a little disappointing though. The room needs a furniture upgrade and please put a bedside table between two cots. Bathroom though clean, needs an upgrade especially toilet facilities. "

"The room had a beautiful view. When it rained, it rained inside the room. We had to put towels to disk the water. No AC, but it was cold so we did not need it. I recommend the hotel."
