Unregistered visitors are not allowed in the apartment.

Barcelona’s “tourist tax” of 6.25 per person/night is not included in the listed price (Starting April 1, 2026, the tax will increase to 9.5 per person/night), as required by regulation. The tourist tax applies to all guests aged 16 and older, for a maximum of 7 nights. The applicable tourist tax must be paid BEFORE GUESTS CHECK IN; you will receive our payment request through Airbnb.

Before check-in, all guests must send photos or scans of their valid ID or passports.

Check-in hours: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Late check-in (between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.) will incur an additional charge of 30 euros.

Late check-in is possible but must be arranged in advance. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you need to check in late. Guests must ensure they are quiet when arriving late.

No smoking indoors.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, and doors and windows must be kept closed to prevent smoke from entering.

Noise is strictly prohibited, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum—both inside your apartment and in shared areas such as stairwells and lifts.

Parties or gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. If we receive reports and/or intervention from the police, security, or neighbors, you will be required to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to any fines imposed by the police).

Additional cleaning fees will be charged for stained bed sheets or excessively messy rooms.
