Bright flat of 35 m², located in the center of Barcelona. It has one bedroom with two single beds. The apartment can accommodate 3 people with an additional mezzanine bed in the living room. In front of the living room there is a pleasant terrace with an outdoor table and lounge.



The living space is pleasant and bright, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools available for cooking. The flat is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wifi and smart tv.

Very well located apartment with very helpful hosts. Those travelling in the next few months should be aware of construction noise from next door - but only between 8 am & 5 pm. Didn’t bother us because we were out all day.

The apartment was great, the air conditioning worked well and the location was safe with easy walking access to the Old Town and Las Ramblas and super close to the metro . Our hosts were very helpful in all areas.

Great location, out of heavy tourist area but close enough to walk to sites. Many local shops, bars, restaurants, and super Antoni marketplace. Very nice apartment with large open balcony. Small issues: balcony door difficult to open/close, little clothes storage space, have to lie on floor to use safe. All else available and good for extended stay. Very helpful staff.

I really enjoyed staying here. The flat is as advertised; and was extremely clean. Having a cleaner come in daily; is a such a great touch. The owners were so helpful and attentive to any questions we had. Having a washer and dryer in the building was also a big plus for us. La Rambla; Mercat de Sant Antoni are an easy 12-15 minute walk. There is a great grocery store at the end of the block; and if you like craft beer Okasional Beer Shop is just a 5 minute walk. The Makekosa Pizzeria is just a block away and had some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend this flat!

A lovely spot to stay

Friendly staff who were always helpful and responded promptly to our questions. Apartment was clean and well kept. Unfortunately there was noisy and dirty construction next door however our hosts cleaned the dust and dirt from our balcony the next day. Location was great for access to public transit. A very enjoyable stay.

Very friendly and proactive host. Greeted us personally and took 15-20 mins to walk us through the amenities of the apartment and the features of the building. They also explained the layout of the city and neighborhood so that we knew where key areas and attractions were. The room was super clean and decently stocked. The balcony makes this an extra location. Being able to slide the glass wall open as big as you like is beautiful. There is a cleaning staff that comes every couple of days to clean if you need it. This is a professional operation. Would stay again.

Amazing location, sweet place, and great hosts!

This apartment was super easy to ge to and the hosts were super responsive and gave us recommendations and kept in contact with us via what’sapp if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here. They had a washer and dryer for us to use. We had daily cleaning services if we needed it. Very chill and safe neighborhood. Walkable to many other areas and the St antoni market was right around the corner. Thanks Enville for a great stay!

Nice apartment, bright and airy with a nice terrace that overlooks other roofs and terraces. However, located in the very "city" part of Barcelona and the neighborhood was not the nicest. We were not comfortable being out too late. A pretty good walk to Ramblas, waterfront, college campus and park, but doable. Washer and dryer are not in the unit but on the first floor in a dark corner. Very dark hallways, definitely need more lighting. All and all an "ok" place but not the right neighborhood for us.

Poor service!

We were very disappointed in this facility! They advertised daily concierge service, and yes, a maid showed up daily and basically emptied the trash and straightened the covers. We were offered no clean towels for our entire 11 day stay! I had to wash the thin, old towels myself! They couldn’t even explain how to use the oven or thermostat! The stairs are treacherous and the building is very dark! Never again!

Beautiful Apartment with easy access to Gothic Quarter

This apartment was a bit pricey compared to other options in the area during my stay, but I found the price to be worth it. The host was great at check-in and provided maps of the area and several pages of "tips" and "tricks" for navigating the city. The apartment itself was beautiful and definitely "Instagram-worthy" if that is something you are interested in. I enjoyed being so close to the gothic quarter as well as plenty of restaurants and transportation options. The host even took the time to arrange taxi transportation to the airport on the morning on my departure. Overall, a great location with a great host! I would highly recommend.
