Pau Claris is a brand new 1BR apartment ideally located in the heart of bustling Eixample, just around the corner from the famous Passeig de Gracia with its numerous shops and restaurants.

The Space:
The 590 SqFt / 54 sq.m. home is brand new and therefore offers the very latest modern furnishings and equipment. It features an open floor plan that integrates a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and small balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances such as dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The home features one double bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a nicely designed bathroom with rainfall shower. Both the living room and the bedroom face the large and bright "interior de manzana" - a big inner patio that serves the whole block of apartments. The unit also counts with a dryer-washer combo.

IMPORTANT: For stays from 31 nights onwards, and in compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.
