Famous for its iconic market, the streets are full of cafes, gourmet restaurants and unique boutiques. Just a few steps from Las Ramblas and the Eixample, this neighbourhood offers a perfect location to explore the city while enjoying a quiet and authentic atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to experience the local essence with all the amenities nearby.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your check-in is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self-check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

The apartment does not accept group bookings or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Wonderful location, super clean and perfect

Came to town to visit my son studying in Barcelona for the semester. The property location was excellent and about a 10-20 min walk from shopping, restaurants, and where our son’s apartment was. We took the train to see the Sagrada Famillia which was a direct line right out front. Grocery store few doors down to buy some items and bakery’s around corner Appartment was cozy with basic amenities and 2 rooms allowing my daughter to have her own room. Communicated with staff over what’s app, very helpful. Down load the app.Downloaded an app to gain access into building and unit, super handy. Also was able to punch in code Couple areas for improvement, 1) check in was not super clear and I received a what’s app message asking if I canceled my trip cause I never checked in. I received this while en-rout from US, it gave me a panic attach as there was a link that I had not received before2) Would be helpful to have a dustpan and broom in the unit so we could tidy up, or simple vacuum.I would absolutely stay here again.
