Spectacular one-bedroom, one-bathroom penthouse with terrace located in the centre of Barcelona, in the Eixample derecha neighbourhood, very close to the city's main attractions.



It has free air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection.



This apartament has been completely refurbished in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.



The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining area equipped with chairs and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.



The bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The elegant bathroom, complete with shower cubicle, has towels to be used on arrival at the apartament.



This apartament does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park about 150 metres from the apartament.



No parties or stag/hen parties are allowed.
