Overall, our stay was okay, but not one we would choose again.The location is excellent — very central and convenient for getting around Barcelona, which we really appreciated.That said, there were a few issues during our stay. We reached out on the first day (both through the booking platform and in person when receiving the keys) to request additional towels, but didn’t receive a response. Later in the trip, we flagged that the toilet made a loud noise after flushing and that the hot water was intermittent. While there was eventually a response, the guidance didn’t fully resolve the issue, and these challenges persisted throughout our stay.We also found the apartment to be a bit below expectations in terms of cleanliness. We ended up doing some cleaning ourselves, including addressing a clogged kitchen sink.Overall, while the location is a strong positive, the apartment itself did not fully match the listing or photos, and communication could have been more responsive.
