House rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

We were there only I day/ night but had a comfortable stay. The apt was very spacious and clean. The coffee shop and bar downstairs are really good.And for us it was only. 20 minute walk to some of the popular local restaurants.

Great Location

We loved the spacious apartment we had 6 adults and everyone had their own space. Walking to bus stations and downtown was very easy , most areas are with in a 20 minute walk. Check in was very easy and they are very friendly.

A Perfect Spot

We loved l’Eixample…we had been told that the Ramblas was the place to stay but we found this area quieter, still lots of restaurants and shops, and it was close to museums and great places to get what we needed.The host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating and check in was a breeze. And the apartment had everything we needed as well.Go to Casa Alfonso around the corner for tapas and La National for dinner.

Wonderful place to see everything @

Beds comfortable, nice bathrooms and everything clean. The location was close to almost everything we wanted to visit. It had an ELEVATOR which was a huge plus since the four of us had a lot of luggage for the 10 day cruise we were getting ready to take.

Beautiful Barcelona Apartment

Extended Family Gathering in Barcelona

This apartment was selected for the large living room. It was spacious enough for all of us to gather comfortably together as we relaxed and got ready for the day, and in the evening before we turn in. The location was safe and everything you needed was close by. It was the perfect place to gather with our relatives that we are not able to see often.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was the perfect size for our group. Five adults and one small child. It was very clean and everything was in good condition. There is a great coffee shop and bakery right next to the apartment. It was also well located for all the major tourist attractions in Barcelona.

Great Apartment

I go to Barcelona annually to meet up with family and have stayed at different rentals. This apartment is without a doubt, the best yet! From arrival to departure there was excellent communication with the BCN hosts and check-in was a breeze. The apartment was large, looked exactly as advertised and was logistically within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. It was clean, had everything we needed and had an attractive vibe. Do not hesitate to stay here, I plan to book again next year and I think that says it all.

Quiet Neighborhood

Fabulous spacious and high-ceilinged flat in perfect location for sight seeing as well as relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer worked great for our family of 5. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were high-end. We also appreciated the safe, particularly after our daughter had a gold chain ripped off her neck in old town. Put it all in the safe folks!

Beautiful and great location

This was a beautiful place to stay. We all enjoyed it a lot. It was in a great location too! Close to the metro and was walkable to many nearby attractions. I highly recommend this spot. Just so people know, you are sent a link to pay for this directly from the property. It is not paid through VRBO. You also are sent a link to pay the city taxes separately. I was skeptical at first until I read it was normal practice for Barcelona VRBOs.

A representative met us upon arrival, escorted us via the elevator to the apartment, gave us the keys, answered questions about the area, and stated that management was available to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations and taxis. We took advantage of this service several times. Their help was timely and beneficial. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great including a nearby convenience store and excellent restaurant.

Our family of four (2 adults+2 teens) had a great time at this property. It was clean, nicely furnished, well equipped, really quiet with the windows closed (great windows!) and communication was generally fast! Photos of the apartment are very accurate, it was a beautiful apartment. Wifi was nice and air conditioning was nice to have for people who wanted it in individual rooms. The only thing we couldn't figure out well was how to use the clothes dryer cylce after washing. All the other appliances worked well. The staff was around inside the building and they were very friendly! There's an elevator if needed, but the stairs are charming. Around the building, there is a laundromat, several grocery stores, workout-gym (with one-week membership if needed!), bakeries, restaurants, gelato - all literally a few steps away! Public transport was always a just a few blocks away too. The only thing that was confusing is that the payment is not done through Vrbo, rather it was directly through the property manager. We later found out that it's normal. All in all, it was a great space and would definately stay here again!

Friendly check in and very attentive host. Fantastic neighborhood. Just a walk to all the major sights in bcn. Rarely needed a cab. Coffee shop and Whiskeria next door and grocery stores on the block. Comfortable beds and linens, great hot water. The kitchen was well equipped with stove, microwave, washer dryer and iron.
