Great stay - hotel a little tired in places. Location is excellent for seeing Barcelona - very walkable and a metro right on the doorstep

Such a beautiful, modern and spotless hotel. Location was fantastic, only took the metro once as everything was within walking distance. Staff were so friendly and always available. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Choice you would make when in Barcelona
It was my first visit to Barcelona and H10 Urquinaona Plaza has made my stay. I'll definitely stay here when I visit Barcelona again.

Poor lighting in the hallway. Carpet looks filthy and does not fit a four-star rating although nice perfume is used. Bedroom sheets and blankets created a lot of lint and transferred to our clothes easily after we use these stuff. Staff speak good English. They are polite and helpful. Thank you.

The staff was great. They recommended restaurant options, booked taxis and tourist bus. The hotel had free champagne, juice, water in the lobby at certain times during the day. Rooms were clean and amenities were very nice. It was a great location near the main city square and easy to get to the cruiseport and airport.

First they do not have motion sensor doors and there are 2 doors very heavy to open before you get to the front desk. Second as soon as we walked in it was dirty, the floor was nasty and all through the hallways and elevator. The bathroom at lobby was disgusting. They did not give us the rooms we needed even tough we book way ahead and requested a double bed. The balcony on our room was nasty and the view was of a back of an apartment building, it was trashy, I DO NOT Recommend this Hotel at all. Overrated big time!!!Over paid big time!!!

This is NOT a 4-star hotel. At best, it’s 2-star. The accommodation was absolutely filthy with mould covering the shower and the floors leaving my feet dirty after walking on them. I requested Expedia to cancel and refund so I could change hotels as it was so disgusting but they didn’t. I stayed at a different 4-star hotel for my last night and that place was truly wonderful so this is not a case of different expectations for a 4-star hotel, as can happen in different cities sometimes. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Truly appalling.

Great stay in Barcelona!
Even though we only spent one night we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel H10 Urquinaona Plaza. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage in the early morning so we could head out and explore. They also sent us an email once our room was ready so we could access our room early. Our room was perfect with a cute balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The location was also great and the hotel itself was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to public transportation and HOHO bus. Noisy street so try to stay higher up. first floor room I had was noisy but I just turned on the tv and it was fine.
