The highlight of this property is its spacious private terrace of over 50 m², ideal for enjoying the sunshine and relaxing outdoors.

The living room is bright and spacious, divided into three distinct areas and filled with natural light thanks to large windows overlooking the terrace. It features two sofa beds, a Smart TV, and a large dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, tableware, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

The apartment offers two double bedrooms:

One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub

A second bedroom with access to a bathroom with shower

Air conditioning is available in the living room, and high-speed WiFi is accessible throughout the apartment.

The private terrace is the main highlight of the apartment, furnished with a table, chairs, and a sun lounger, allowing you to fully enjoy Barcelona’s pleasant climate.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Universitat and Plaça Catalunya, the apartment sits on the first floor of a typical Eixample building.

Within a 10-minute walk, you can visit the MACBA Museum, reach Plaça Catalunya, or stroll along Rambla de Catalunya. The Eixample district offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, cinemas, and theatres, as well as proximity to Plaça Espanya and Las Arenas shopping centre.

House Rules
Minimum age: Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

Noise: Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.

Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Fine between 50 € and 250 €.

Pets: Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (20 € additional charge).

Noise monitor: The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector, which measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disconnect it or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine between 50 € and 250 €.

Towels: The provided bath towels may not be used at the beach. Otherwise, a fee of 12 € per unit will be charged.

Check-in and Fees
Standard check-in: Between 14:00 and 20:00.

Late arrivals:

After 20:00: 30 € supplement.

After midnight: 50 € supplement.

After 1:00 AM: 10 € per additional hour.

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: 30 € supplement.

In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID information of all guests.

Barcelona tourist tax is not included: 9,50 € per night, per person over 16 years old, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.

The host, Antonio, was very responsive. The apartment itself had many strong points: a great location, a lovely terrace, and it was very clean throughout. We appreciated having two bathrooms, comfortable beds, a well-stocked (though small) kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of space, and lots of hangers, which made our stay very convenient.Unfortunately, there were two notable drawbacks. The TV streaming services were difficult to access, and Antonio was unable to help resolve that issue. More significantly, there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from both bathrooms—possibly from the water pipes—that lasted for our entire six-day stay. Antonio was quick to arrange for someone to come and try to fix it, which we appreciated, but the problem was not resolved.
