Located on a street without much traffic, but plenty of restaurants, bakeries and a nice supermarket around the corner. Perfectly clean, easy check-in and very good WiFi. Would love to stay again.

Vivebarcelona has been fantastic, I've been staying with them for over 18months now! The apartments have been very comfortable and locations AMAZING. The service offered has been fantastic too, I've been dealing with Julien since the beginning and have always been taken care of, certain maintenance issues have been rectified very quickly. I would strongly recommend ViveBarcelona's apartments, I personally don't think you can find better value for money in Barcelona, especially for expats and non fluent Spanish speaking people, they make life very simple for you.

Appartement agréable dans quartier calme, commerces, restaurants et métro à proximité ( 10 min de la Rambla). La terrasse est agreable et tres ensoleillée. Très bonne communication avec Alexandro et son ami Julien qui a été d'une aide précieuse pour nous trouver une place de parking . Merci à eux deux. Le seul bémol est le lit double,, qui est annoncé en 'queen size' est en fait un lit de 120cm

Heureusement qu'il est bien situé !

Les finitions intérieurs sont à revoir... - vieilles fenêtres sans aucune sécurité en cas d'intrusions et le store du salon est néant - lampe décrochée du mur dans une des chambres - parquet "fatigué" ou carrelage dans la cuisine et salle de bain salissant - L'équipement de la terrasse décevant (pas de parasol, vieilles chaises inconfortable, système de la climatisation qui fuit) - la climatisation est un peu faible pour rafraîchir l'appartement entier heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas la canicule mais ça aurait été sympa de la laisser tourner avant notre arrivée.. La première nuit a été chaude... Et le matin sans pouvoir faire un café avec un peu de sucre...un peu dangereux en cas de la malaise - les travaux de réhabilitation complete dans l'appartement à côté et le bruit qui va avec de 9h à 18h00 avec un immeuble très très peu insonorisées - manque de prise dans la chambre parentale avec un lit une place et demi... Faut prévenir les gens bien portant ! - le volet de la chambre parentale ne se ferme pas bien et le jour en pleine tête le matin... Pas super... À part ça, nous avons passer d'excellentes vacances dans cette ville magique et dans un super quartier plein de commerces de proximité sympa et de bons petits bars à tapas typique. Le métro dessert une ligne qui est après dessert très rapidement pleins de ligne pour découvrir tout Barcelone rapidement. Nous recommandons le parking Rocafort pas cher et tout près pour la semaine en voiture. Et un beau jardin à 10 minutes à pied est super pour boire un bon mojito avec les enfants tout près, conseillé en fin de journée

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux chez Alejandro. L’appartement est très bien situé, non loin du centre, dans un quartier agréable, sécurisé et un peu moins touristique. L’appartement est moderne et de très bon goût. La terrasse est tout simplement incroyable; que ce soit les petits déjeuners le matin ou les cocktails le soir, nous en avons bien profité ! Enfin, Alejandro est très réactif et toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour ses invités. ¡Muchas gracias Alejandro!
