Apartment was bright, clean, very spacious, and decorated with nice finishes. The location was excellent- comfortable walking distance to El Born, the Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Família and Passeig de Gracia, Check in was smooth and Dani, the host, was super helpful. Great place for a family of four.

This apartment is very spacious and in a great location close to sights and services. The check in process was very smooth and the hosts communication was brilliant. They even sent a message to wish my husband a happy birthday! Really lovely balcony for sitting out in the mornings and evenings. Would thoroughly recommend.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
It was a good location and the size of the unit was good. Unfortunately the garbage bins on the street, across from the unit, were picked up and emptied between 11pm and 1am. It was an extremely noisy unit. Also they are renovating the complex next door and they started jackhammers at 7:30am. The unit needs furniture that is more than 6 inches off floor. The bed does not have a box spring and the sofa and coffee table sit about 8inches off the floor so it is hard for a 6 foot 4inch man to get up off the sofa. The towels provided are extremely thin and worn and need to be replaced. And the washer/dryer is a combo unit that takes 2.5hrs to dry a load. Also the owner met us there as the elevator was not working and he carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. He advised us it just broke down and would be fixed. The elevator was still not fixed 8 days later when we left.

The property location is centrally located and walkable to the major sites . It is also close to the Metro station and a cheap way to get around . Plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops everywhere. The property has 2BR and 2 bathrooms which was great for 5 adults! Clean and very thoughtful amenities like having umbrellas available. We would stay there again except fort the fact that it was a bit pricey and it met all our needs at the time
