Luxury apartment located within a 5-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya.

This modern and spacious apartment features hardwood floors, high ceilings, two double bedrooms, one room with two single beds, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. Additionally, it offers air conditioning/heating, a living room, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and safe box.

We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning supplies, and a hairdryer.

The apartment has minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

Furthermore, the property offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an extra charge.





Apartment Rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price,€6.88 per adult per night.
Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting Oct 1st, 2025.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking in indoor areas.
Parties or loud music are not permitted after 9:00 pm. A minimum fine of €150 will be applied if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to late-night noise complaints.
Please vacate the apartment at the agreed-upon check-out time (11:30) on the departure day and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dining table.
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period; failure to do so will result in a minimum charge of €50.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.
