Our Deluxe three-bedrooms apartment have parquet floors, wooden beams and slab of clay in the ceilings. This air-conditioned apartment has 2 twin rooms and 1 double room, as well as 2 bathrooms. Its kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher among other cookware. There is a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and a dining area.

Barcelona tourist tax is of €5.50/adult/night and from 1st April 2024 will be 6,05€ per adult/night. It is mandatory to show ID/Passports upon arrival or before.

Excellent Location In Barcelona
We enjoyed our stay in the L'Esquerra De L'Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. (Family of four with two young adults) We have stayed in this area several times and appreciate the central location to excellent dining, shopping, museums and other points of interest. The apartment is easily reached as it is equidistant between two Metro stops - Diagonal and Hospital Clinic. We also appreciated that the neighborhood is also not too close to many of the extremely popular visitor hot spots. We got the impression that the apartment turns over a lot and could use a bit of a deep clean in the bathrooms but this was certainly a minor issue. The host was communicative and was helpful with our early arrival. The baggage needed a storage spot for several hours and Alvaro and Marcus eagerly accommodated us with a spot in the office. The host is also conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building. We would certainly consider staying in this property again.

The location is great and in the midst of everything. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and attractions. The management is on property and extremely accommodating. The apartment was stocked with all of the essentials. Great stay.

Horrendous construction noise all day
When we arrived at the property we immediately noised that there was construction in the apartment below and above us. The entire apartment was shaking from the vibrations and the noise was unbearable. We went back to the property office and asked for a refund so we can find an alternative place to stay. While in the office, three other guests came in to ask for a refund. The property manager was incredibly rude and said that he does not agree to a refund and we will have to stay and deal with the noise. I contacted Vrbo immediately for urgent help. They said they would get back to me and help me with rebooking. We tried to contact support for hours without help. We had to stay in the apartment and were unable to get any rest. In addition, the showers had mold. The worst experience on our entire trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room in the apartment, with comfortable beds, great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Close to the subway and many different shops. It was easy to check-in and communicate with the office. I would easily recommend this place.

Family getaway
The apartment was perfect for our group of five adults. Very clean, The kitchen had everything we needed. Having two couches was a bonus to sit and hang out. Would be nice if the rooftop patio are was open later than 5:30. It was really too warm to enjoy it before then. Elevator was a bit of a squeeze so we got our workout in going up and down 7 flights of stairs. Great location, close to shops, cafes, metro and buses.

Exceeded expectations
Apartment was perfectly clean, management was responsive (and stored our bags when we arrived early), and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We would gladly stay here again. Friendly reminder- like most city apartments, this one is in a larger building near a busy intersection with neighbors in all directions. Bring ear plugs if you can't sleep with some noise.

5 Day Visit To Barcelona
We were extremely happy with our stay in the Deco Apartment. Extremely well run and friendly team that manages with great ease the communications, checkin, and addressing of any needs. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water, large showers, spacious rooms, nice terrace, good washer and dryer (and they supply laundry detergent and softener). Over all, they focus on the details and supply the needed amenities to be very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. We found the administrative staff extremely helpful and nice. The bathrooms could use a little more scrubbing but the rest of the apartment was very clean. We enjoy walking and we found that we were able to get to many of the main points of interest with a 20 minute walk.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed this space. It is a bit more removed than other properties, but we knew that going into it. They only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a faucet leak in one of the bathrooms that got a few of our belongings wet overnight. Otherwise it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The appartment is very spacious and comfortable, and well located within walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants. It was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors if they are loud. Luckily we didn't have any roudy groups so it wasn't much of a problem.

When we first got to the apartment we ran into some guests leaving and they said their apartment was broken into and laptops were taken. Also the apartment had no coffee pods like the pictures showed. Other than that it was good and clean. We locked everything in the safe every time we left.

A fabulous experience in our beautiful apartment. It was top-notch in every way.
