The MarBarcelona apartment is a cosy place to stay. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends, or coworkers, you’re sure to feel right at home.
Close to the Fira Barcelona exhibition centre and Camp Nou. The apartment offers direct access to city centre via subway line L1, taking you to Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia, the charming Barceloneta area, and many other points of interest.
You can also reach the airport directly via Metro Line L9.

Other amenities include a hair dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, and free Wi-Fi. Beds are made upon arrival, and each guest receives two towels.
As a courtesy, you’ll find soap and some toilet paper in the bathroom, along with kitchen staples such as oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar, a coffee and tea kit, and a cleaning kit. We want you to have a smooth start to your stay!

Although the apartment isn’t in the city centre, it’s located very close to a subway station with excellent and quick connections to the airport and Barcelona’s city centre. The area is undergoing a major revitalisation, and you’ll find nearly everything you might need during your stay right nearby. Small supermarkets, supermarkets, a market hall, as well as bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The metro station is 100 metres away, with direct connections to the airport (27 min) and city centre Barcelona (15 min).

Both are about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Only guests over the age of 21 are allowed to book the apartment.
We provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.
1. Only guests over 21 years of age are allowed to book the apartment. Parents may book for children under 18 years of age.
2. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than those listed in the booking. In such cases, this must be reported before check-in.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to respect the neighbors’ rest. Guests must remain quiet inside the apartment, on the terrace, and when arriving after 10:00 p.m.
4. Final cleaning is included in the price, but we ask that you dispose of trash in the bins outside the building.
5. Please take good care of the apartment keys. If you lose them, you will be charged 100€ for each missing set of keys.
6. Please use towels and sheets properly; we will charge you 15€ for each damaged or missing item.
7. The local tourist tax is not included: 2.00 euros per adult (16+) per day, payable at check-in.
8. Damaged or lost keys: 100€; damaged or missing towels and sheets: 15€ each.
