    Enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay in this cozy apartment located in Eixample Esquerra, one of the city’s most pleasant and central neighborhoods. Perfectly connected — with a metro station right next door— you can easily reach any part of the city. The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator, and it’s bright and quiet, overlooking a spacious inner courtyard with a public park, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work. It features two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Perfect for families, couples, or travelers looking for a local experience in an excellent location, just a short walk from Barcelona’s city center.

    The apartment is on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, in a safe, central, and well-connected area close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. The Old Town is just 5 minutes walking away. You can walk also to main attractions like Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia with Gaudí’s Casa Batlló and La Pedrera (15–20 min). The Sagrada Família is just 15 minutes away by metro. The Urgell metro station (L1) is right next door, connecting you quickly to the city center. Several bus lines and bike lanes are also nearby. Perfect for exploring Barcelona while enjoying a quiet and convenient stay.

The air conditioner is only in the living room. They claim that using fans the rooms get cool; that was never achieved. I expressly asked if the rooms had a/c but never gave me an answer. You cannot pretend to cool off a room through a hallway using a split unit in the leaving room! There was no hot water. The person who checked us in noticed and informed management that there was no hot water. Management did nothing because it was a weekend. The no hot water notification occurred on Friday afternoon upon checking in. The Logical thing to do was to either change us to another apartment or give us a refund. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but decided to leave after 2. Informed management that the no hot water situation was a problem, especially for the kids. Management offered a refund that never happened. Tried to contact them and are not responding. I decided to put a claim with my credit card company to dispute a partial of the charge. Very bad management.
