CENTRAL 4BR/2BR FAMILY APARTMENT with AIRCO, WIFI, LIFT

This centrally located apartment, just steps away from Plaza Catalunya and the famous Passeig de Gracia, suits all tastes.

The living room with open kitchen has a classic design. Just as the master bedroom and the second bedroom, both with a double bed. Both the third bedroom and fourth bedroom have two single beds.
There are 2 very comfortable double sofa beds (one in each of the big bedrooms with a queen size bed)
Three out of four bedrooms are air-conditioned, including the living/kitchen/dining; all of them have balcony access. (the fourth bedroom has a fan).

The apartment is completely equipped so that you won't be less comfortable than in your own home. It has a flat screen TV, DVD, High speed Wifi internet and expandable dining table for up to 10 guests. There is a dish washer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and of course fresh towels and bed linen are provided for.

You can shop till you drop, have convenient stores and other shops literally at your doorstep, making it a perfect base from where to explore Barcelona. Check out one of my favourite streets around the corner, Calle Enrique Granados. It is a pedestrian street, with loads of greenery and coffee shops, eateries, art galleries and nice shops. Come and stay at this uniquely decorated apartment with old original Barcelonian touches.

The metro station Universidad is less than 5 minutes walking. Plaza Cataluña (at the top of the famous Las Ramblas) would be less than 10 minutes walking.

So apart from having a very central locations, there is also transportation nearby to get you around the city. For example to get on to the yellow line that goes along the coast to a variety of beaches, you would only need 2 stops.

PLEASE NOTE: Barcelona’s tourist tax (charged at the current official rate per person per night, max 7 nights, for guests 17 and older) must be paid upon arrival. The rate is set by the city and may be adjusted periodically; the exact amount will be confirmed during check-in. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
