Biggest luxury apartment Eixample, next to Casa Batlló

Amazing apartment recently refurbished by interior designer Joseph Danes. Few feet away from Rambla Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia in Eixample, the heart of Barcelona and noble neighborhood par excellence. Very well connected to the rest of the city, the best fashion boutiques and restaurants are all in the neighborhood.

The apartment has been decorated respecting XIXth century urban architecture: high ceilings and restored typical tile floors. The apartment is 2690 square feet divided in sleeping quarters, living and dining room and kitchen.

The rooms are four suites, each with their bathroom, and two queen size with external bathroom. In all, six independent rooms equipped with queen size beds (premium viscoelastic mattresses, 100% cotton bedding, geese feather comforters and 4 pillows for each bed: two made out of viscoelastic and two of geese feather).
In case you would like to book the flat for more than 12 people you have at your disposal two extra individual beds (depending on the number of guests).
Living room and bedrooms equipped with state of the art satellite TV.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and optic fiber, high speed, wireless internet connection.

Every detail is cared for: Nespresso coffee maker, Hi-Fi system with iPhone dock, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, safe box, etc.

One of the best VRBO properties I have rented. Owner met us upon check-in, and also let us in ahead of time to leave our luggage. Gave us a tour and answered any questions. A Perfect Christmas

This beautiful apartment was perfect for a 3 generation family Christmas. The kind and helpful host even provided a fully decorated Christmas tree! The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen contained everything we needed for our group and several other family members who joined us for Christmas dinner, we could walk to most of the sites we visited, the neighborhood stores supplied all our needs, it was a wonderful stay.

Amazing multi family stay

If you’re also looking at this property and wondering if it’s too good to be true - I can assure you it’s as amazing as it looks. We stayed with extended family and everyone from the toddlers to the grandmother loved it. Kitchen has everything you could need. The bedrooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The number of bathrooms is AMAZING. We loved the layout - everyone could have their own space. This place was one of the highlights of our trip!

Really enjoyed this property- great because everyone in our family got their own bedrooms. (Also a great family room for doing Christmas presents!). We walked nearly everywhere- 20 min to Gothic Quarter, 10 min to Passeig de Gracia. About the only thing you need a taxi for is Sagrada Familia. Great property- looks even better in person than online.

This is an excellent apartment for a large group. It was well stocked and very clean. It had good wifi & air conditioning. It is located in a safe area, was easy to find and we were able to walk most every where. Darney was a great host, he met us for check in, gave us a tour of the apartment and explained how everything worked. The Cava, chocolates and other treats were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Luxury and great location in Barcelona

It is so well located. Could walk everywhere. Local supermarket two blocks away. Restaurants minutes away.So many places to explore. And then come back to such a beautiful luxurious apartment! Each bedroom with its own bath is a bonus. Common room for gathering a movie/Eurocup watching! Kitchen was well stocked. Building historical. Communication was easy. Great place for families. Breathtaking apartment for a larger group

The property manager was there at the moment we arrived. On touring the place with him, we were blown away by the space, layout, finishings and amenities. It was lovely to have chilled cava waiting for us with Lindt chocolates. Smart TV in the great room, and regular tv's in every bedroom plus the dining room/kitchen. The best feature are the amazing showers that put all others to shame! Great location with easy fast taxi access directly in front of the door.

what a Gem!

This place is a perfect stay. Communication was beyond excellent. We were greeted, told about everything in the place and there were goodies waiting for us. I have very high standards and this place fully met all of them. Right below the apartment is a coffee shop and a grocery store around the corner. It is in the perfect location. We walked every where we need with ease. It is centrally located to restaurants and such. You might think with all this it would be noisy but it isn't. It also was not too far from the airport. We had a number of us and large van taxi and it was not to pricy to get here. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Trip to Spain

We were very impressed with this property. When we got there Darney was waiting for us. He gave us a thorough walkthrough of the space. He answered all our questions and he was then reachable by text after that. My daughter- who lives in Madrid - left a few items there and Darney offered to ship them to her. The apartment itself was amazing. Just beautiful. It easily accommodated our 9 people and had different areas so the kids could be playing cards in the dining room and the adults watching a movie in the living room and not bother each other at all. The location was great. We were able to walk to many things- and when we needed taxis they were right out front at any time. I highly recommend this apartment if you have a large group.
