Dianne was very helpful during check in. Polite and friendly. Property is very clean and well maintained. Lots of Local food stores and restaurants nearby. Even public transportation was not a problem. My family love it so much, we didn’t want our vacation to end!!! Thank you so much!

The problem with booking an apartment is that it’s almost impossible to tell what you’re getting and where it will be. This apartment was much smaller than it seemed in the photos and not in the area of the rental companies office which is what we expected. We spent more in taxis as a consequence. I asked them if we could store our bags safely ok the last day but they didn’t reply to this. I wouldn’t book an apartment through hotels.com again.

So, this is interesting. The checkin was BIZARRE. You go to the Bangladesh General Counsel office on the 4th floor. It is exactly what it sounds like. That is where you checkin. Then a nice woman takes you to the 2d floor where the aparment is. IT IS HUGE. Days 11, 12, 13 of a 14 day Eurotrip with 3 kids, we were very happy to spread out. To say it has Air Conditioning is a stretch. Very hot. They were great about coming to look at it, but it was HOT. Bedrooms great. Hot water was not, which is to say there was none. If you reduce the spray to a drizzle it became barely warm. Location was, for us, terrible. Finding cabs for 5 people in Spain is AWFUL. Sometimes took an hour. Uber very slow. This is not a location I would choose again. It is too far from the beach. Cabs hard to find. Cute area. Felt very safe.

La dirección que aparece en la app no es la dirección del departamento y no te previenen hasta que te envían la clave para entrar y abres la app que se utiliza para abrir puertas descubres que es una dirección diferente a la que estás parado afuera con todas tus maletas. Los cajones de los muebles se salen de su lugar, no tienen rieles, hay mucha pelusa bajo las camas, las regaderas son súper incómodas. Tienen reglas que tampoco anuncian en la app como que tienes que dejar trastes lavados y basura afuera, lo cual no sería tema si lo dijeran desde la publicación, yo salí del departamento a las 6 am al aeropuerto y todavía cerciorarte a esa hora de que esté todo limpio no es cómodo ni grato. Si lo hubiera sabido hubiera reservado otra cosa.
