    It is a basic, interior apartment with an excellent location for travellers who prioritise exploring the city and sightseeing.
    Unbeatable location right next to the Sagrada Familia metro station! A vibrant area with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants—perfect for exploring Barcelona on foot and enjoying the city to the fullest

    Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Late check-in after 9:00 PM is available upon request and costs 50€. Upon arrival, we will collect the tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night on behalf of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Smoking is not permitted in the house, nor are pets allowed. All guests must be at least 18 years old, except for children accompanied by their parents.
