Everything was great in this property, only problem is you need to park far away in a different structure. Also room numbers are missing on doors so it makes harder to be sure which is your room. Other than that 👍😊

The location is great. The apartments look good inside, unfortunately they are not functional. There is a sewage stench in the bathroom so strong that I had to use my kitchen sink to wash myself. I had to wear a mask to use the toilette. Horrible experience. The code pads on doors are defective for 1 -- it refuses to click. So unless you use your link to swipe, you stay out. I had to get inside through the window. That is because the windows don't latch properly. Finally, it was very cold at night, heat is available in the hallway but never in the rooms.

Lower Studio Dorm Room

We only stayed one night in the lower level studio. It had most amenities including a kitchenette. But it was lacking in charm and felt like a college dormitory. A small dining room table with two chairs would have been better than than the dorm-style bench table they had. Otherwise for a night and being walking distance to Plaza Espana, it was all right!

Carina,pulita e vicina al centro.Ci siamo trovati male il primo giorno in quanto la nostra camera era dietro una porta per la quale non avevamo la chiave,abbiamo dovuto aspettare un ora che ci venissero ad aprire,e la stessa cosa è risuccessa il pomeriggio finché non ci hanno dato le chiavi.

Nicht wieder da hin

Die Front des Hauses ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Übergabe des Schlüssel funktioniert per Telefon, auch völlig ok. Es war nur sehr unsauber im Außenbereich welcher die Zuwegung für unser Studio war. Das Studio selbst ist recht funktional eingerichtet, aber die Betreiber müssen das Schimmelproblem im Duschbereich beheben. Wir bemerkten bei unserer Rückkehr am späten Abend, dass es eine sehr lebendige Hausgemeinschaft gibt . Aber irgendwann bin ich dann gegen 1 Uhr nachts mit dieser Hintergrundbeschallung dann auch eingeschlafen. Morgens kommt man gut hoch, da ab 7 Uhr bei offenen Fenster die Kommunikation der anderen Bewohner wieder aufgenommen wurde. Wenn es aber Mal ruhig ist, merkt man dass die Bahn recht nah vorbei fährt. Fazit wir waren froh dort wieder draußen zu sein und auch froh nur eine Nacht gebucht zu haben. Man klingt das spiessig und das mit Anfang 40....

部屋の電球が3か所も切れたまま。 5泊の間に部屋の掃除もシーツやタオルの取り換えもなかった。 台所の手拭きを要求したら、足ふきで我慢してくれだと。 交通、市場など、場所的には非常に便利な所。
