Le logement est correct, spacieux (pour 2 personnes) mais vieillissant.2 étages à monter à pieds, information manquante sur l'annonce: attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite).Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le quartier est agréable et vivant, l'appartement est dans une rue piétonne à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Le métro est également à proximité(environ 15 min à pieds), donc très pratique pour les visites.Cependant une déception reste pour notre part: Augmentation de la taxe de séjour de 50% par rapport au prix annoncé par l'agence sur le mail de confirmation. Et frais supplémentaires pour le ménage (60euros) imposés alors que rien n'était stipulé ni sur l'annonce Abritel, ni sur le mail de confirmation de l'agence.Nous avons contacté Abritel par téléphone, avons reçu un mail de confirmation de prise en compte de notre demande mais aucun retour à ce jour d'Abritel (sur le sujet du remboursement des frais de ménage, que nous avons rendu, au passage aussi propre, voir plus propre qu'à notre arrivée)
