Welcome to your home in Barcelona, located on the iconic Calle Enric Granados, in the heart of the elegant Eixample district. This beautifully designed apartment offers a cozy yet contemporary retreat — perfect for couples, families, or small groups seeking comfort and convenience in one of the city's most charming neighborhoods.

Set in a classic Catalan building, the apartment preserves historic charm while offering a fully modern, thoughtfully curated interior. With warm touches and essential amenities, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building, approximately until the end of March 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Check-In & Pre-Arrival Info
To ensure a smooth and efficient stay
Guests must complete a guest registration form
The Barcelona tourist tax must be paid prior to arrival
You will receive all necessary links and app instructions before your stay
Digital key access will be sent once all pre-arrival steps are complete — easy and secure

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

Please take out the trash before departure (bins provided in the kitchen)
No parties or events allowed

Please note: there are a few stairs before reaching the elevator

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
