Spectacular Spectacular
We spent 13 nights at Francesco's apartment as the start of our 6 week retirement trip and now are fearful nothing else will compare. Francesco was a wonderful host and we only have great things to say. The apartment was meticulous..well organized..and lovely. The terrace was amazing, as were the views, comfort of the bed, location, Francesco thank you. We will dream of returning and now know that there can never be enough time in Barcelona

A Delightful Place to Stay
This penthouse is bright, comfortable and perfect for one or a couple! The location is excellent for exploring Barcelona and experiencing all this fabulous city has to offer. You are within walking distance (15 minutes or less) to so many sites and the beach. Going further afield is easy with public transportation being close by and very efficient. Francesco is a fabulous host, very informative and helpful. The terrace is absolutely amazing with views that can’t be beat. Being a solo traveler, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this penthouse and would definitely stay again, given the chance!

The location of the apartment was ideal—not in, but near, lots of things to see and do. Francesco is truly a 5 star/premier host! He responded promptly to any and all questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful experience in Barcelona, including providing shopping and dining recommendations, negotiated discounts at nearby restaurants, and assisting in any way we needed. Apartment was very clean. We loved having a terrace. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked if you want to cook, but I didn’t want to cook! The only thing it lacked was paper goods, like paper towels, napkins, and tissue. The host was very accommodating and gracious. We would recommend this apartment highly.

Fantastic terrace
Fantastic apartment for the 2 of us with an amazing terrace overlooking the city and the hills to the northwest. Even in February, we had all of our meals on the terrace. There is also a view towards the sea from the large kitchen window. Brilliant communications with Francesco. Well-equipped apartment, very clean and as described. Small elevator plus one set of stairs. Very close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Very close to the Parc de le Ciutadella and the zoo. Easy 15 – 20 minute walk to the beach and the Sagrada Familia. A bit further to the city centre. Easy access to the excellent public transport network including trams, buses, metro and suburban railway. We used a 5 day (120 hour) travel pass which included transfers to and from the airport (by metro only – changing at Torrassa). We also visited Montjuic (castle and Olympic park), Tibidabo (church, amazing views and amusement park) and Parc Guell.

What A GREAT Little Place!!!
This apartment was perfect for the two of us to explore Barcelona. We stayed for 7 nights & loved how easy it was to go anywhere in the city. We either walked or very easily hopped on a bus literally a block away to all the sites. (Google maps tells you what buses to take & when.) Two grocery stores were right out the front door; it was so convenient! Restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed morning coffee & evening dinners & drinks out on the deck taking in the views of the city. The apartment had everything we needed & Francesco was very helpful with what to do & where to go in the city. He wants to make your stay the best it can be. There's a washer in the apartment so bring along a couple of detergent pods if you plan on using it. The neighborhood was quiet, the location perfect & the apartment was well stocked. There's wifi & plenty to watch on TV in most languages. Definitely recommended!

We loved our time at this property. It’s very clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. Francesco is very friendly was always available to answer any questions. The bottle of champagne on arrival was a nice touch. The best part of this place is the amazing rooftop terrace. It’s spacious and the views are incredible (actually better than advertised). Perfect Stay
Stayed here for a week in June and it was absolutely wonderful. You can’t beat the location or the terrace views. Flat was equipped with everything one would need to relax and enjoy Barcelona. This apartment was a great location! Within distance to everything! I highly recommend purchasing an hola barcelona pass to travel easily around the city because the metro lines are SO close to the apartment! Live like a local or relax like a tourist
This compact apartment was perfect for us. Centrally located between multiple Metro, Bus, and Tram stops. Close to beach, huge beautiful iconic park, and the Arc de Triomph. Our plan for our trip was to see if we could live like locals and also relax some. This apartment had a fully supplied kitchen and while it was a compact kitchen even had a dishwasher. There is an amazing bakery around the corner. There is another amazing wine store across the street. Many grocery stores within easy walking distance. The host provided apartment guidance, tips and even business recommendations with discounts!! Our favorite part of the apartment was the deck which was very well laid out and even had shade awnings when sun was too bright. We ate dinner out there most nights gazing at the Mountains and Sagrada Familia! There is one flight of stairs from elevator to penthouse apartment but we didn’t have any issues. If you cannot do stairs at all this might be an challenge.

We truly enjoyed this place. Location is perfect and host is very helpful and attentive. A large terrace is a dream place for breakfast before exploring the city. Apartment was clean and all conveniences are there. There is an elevator in the building that makes high floor easily accessible. Francisco speaks English very well and knows lots of authentic Spanish restaurants (both inexpensive and also little more “fine dining”) that are not necessarily catering to tourists. We recommend asking him for taxi arrangements from the airport (especially if you do not speak Spanish). He offers lots of useful information about Barcelona in an information package you will receive after booking. This penthouse is a place worth to book. We enjoyed it very much.

Lovely Barcelona Apartment

This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location to explore the city. The views are amazing and luckily the weather was good enough in November to enjoy the deck. Francesco was most helpful with giving us books and pamphlets on the city and making sure we had a reservation for a taxi back to the airport. Although we never cooked (food is amazing and close by) the kitchen was well stocked. Would love to go back again

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos 2 jeunes enfants dans cet appartement. L'appartement est exactement tel que décrit, super fonctionnel, très bien situé et très propre. L'endroit est idéal pour une visite à pied de Barcelone, mais aussi, proche des stations de métro / bus. La terrasse est vraiment magnifique, beaucoup de place et une vue exceptionnelle sur Barcelone. The apartment has been designed beautifully and the brand new kitchen is very smart. It is so well equipped, there is everything you could wish for. The terrace is so unusual in the middle of the city, with the a view of the Sagrada Familial, it is a real find.

Beautiful penthouse in Barcelona
We recently completed our stay at no 10 Pujades (el Parc I la Llacuna delPoblenou). The apartment was awesome, clean with great views and a newly updated kitchen that allowed us to make breakfast, tapas and snacks before our daily adventures. Our daughter particularly liked her late afternoon siestas on the outdoor deck! Francesco was an attentive host and quickly responded to any request we had whether directions, rentals, restaurant advice, laundry, etc. Definitely a great place to stay in Barcelona!
