The only common areas are the pool, the barbecue and the lush garden. However, the owners, very discreet, leave the access to the pool in priority to the hosts.

The property has a large garden, beautifully planted, with swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. You will have a private terrace full of beautiful bougainvilleas to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine and chat with a drink. Access to the pool is direct from your terrace and can be closed by a door for the safety of small children. In the same way, the staircase to the terrace can be closed by a grid.

The living room is spacious and bright and is equipped with a large ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with power shower, large closets, closets and storage space. The decoration is taken care of with especially beautiful paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped, like at home, to cook good meals with comfort.

The house is located in the district of Montcabrer, the most sought after in Cabrils for its houses full of flowers, its streets lined with pine trees and close to all services. The beaches of Cabrera and Vilassar are less than 5 minutes by car or bus, whose stop is 400 m from the house.
Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia are only 30 minutes away by car.
You can also get to Barcelona very easily by train from Vilassar; A bus will take you to the Renfe station from the stop near the accommodation.

Beautiful walks through the Cabrils mountains will make you discover a panoramic view of the Maresme and Barcelona. A short walk from the house to the castle of Burriac on the heights of Cabrils / Cabrera will offer you a breathtaking view of the interior and Mataro.
