Apartment located in front Square Sagrada Familia. Ideal for family or group of People Who wanted to experience living and authentic Within the heart of the Barcelona city flat. Enjoy views of iconic Sagrada Familia basilica, and Its relaxing square.

The apartment is well-furnished, comfortable, well-lit, clean, and recently renovated. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single bunk beds. The apartment Also has a big living room with dining table and two balconies. From the balcony you can sit and enjoy the views of the basilica and park. It is close to the underground metro station (one block walking) That connects to two meters lines (Blue line 5 and Purple line 2).

The maximum occupancy is six people and includes internet With wi-fi, TV, AC, heating and basic cooking utensils. The apartment is located in the first floor, but the building has a small elevator if needed.

Avenida Gaudi is very close (walking promenade boulevard) and two Unesco world heritage sites must see, the Sagrada Familia and Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.

HOUSE RULES

It is NOT allowed to:
- Have parties, make noise or disorderly conduct That will disturb the neighbors
- Barbecues or light fires in the balcony
- Smoke inside litter or throw cigarette out the window
- Bring pets to the property
- Hang towels from balcony rails, there is a space provided for esta
- If you use elevator, shut all doors close well after use.

- Close all windows and balcony doors before leaving the house
- Do not leave keys lock on the inside, as you Might forget them When you leave the apartment. Locksmith expenses will be charged.

City Tourist tax (BARCELONA) you will have to pay in cash on arrival (excludes less 17 year old). Barcelona city tax is 2.25 euros per night per adult for tourist apartments (updated April 1st, 2017). Tourist License HUTB-010882.

Late check in (after 10:30 pm) Extra cost of 30 euros.
Late Check In (after 12am Midnight) Extra cost of 50 euros.

ARRIVAL: I'm happy for you to check in early or late check out if there are no other guests before or afterwards, Otherwise check in is from 14:00 and check out by 11:00 to allow plenty of time for the flat to be professionally cleaned. If You have a late flight time let me know and we can work something out.

Great location across the park from La Sagrada Familia. Pictures are true to the layout and quality of furniture and extremely clean. Communication with the owners was great. We highly recommend and would stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Apartment was very clean and in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and we found it to be a good spot to be our home base as we toured the city. Hans and Allan were quick to reply to any questions and the check in and check out was smooth. A little tight of a space for 4 adults and lots of luggage but it wouldn’t stop us from renting again!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, located very close to the Basilica. Location is great but does cause a bit of a problem if you drive there. You can’t park on the street for any time so moving baggage from a parking garage can be inconvenient. The book with suggestions for restaurants was very helpful.

Great Location!

This is a great choice to stay! Everyday is started with the Sagrada Família in all its glory. The apartment is very well located and easy to navigate from. Lots of food and cafe options right at the doorstep. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Holiday getaway

This apartment was in a great location with views of the Sagrada Familia and stores/cafes nearby. It was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved being able to walk everywhere easily and enjoy the Christmas markets right outside our door.

Great place-Great location

We spent 2 days in Barcelona and wanted to do some quick sightseeing. Found this property and it fit the bill perfectly. Clean and one block (through a park) from the cathedral. Would stay there again for sure.

Such a wonderful location. Walkable distance to a multitude of sights, and easy access to an efficient metro system. Would highly recommend. We would have appreciated a regular coffee maker.

Location as advertised. Great spot to be in heart of city. Metro a block from the condo. Rooms a little on the smaller side and scaffold took from the view, but that wasn’t owners fault. Great property and communicative staff was great.

We really enjoyed this place. It is right across from Sagrada Família. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The owners were really nice to wait for us after our plane was delayed and we were late getting there. I would definitely come back!

We loved this unit and it's location. The area has an abundance of dining and nightlife options. In addition, because it's so close to the Familia Sagrada, getting a cab is never a problem.

Best location!

We loved our stay in this apt. The location can’t be beat-a beautiful park and on the other side the Sagrada Familia. Very safe and secure building. This listing should also mention the apt has a view!! Super convenient area to the subway stops, multiple restaurants and the hop on hop off bus. I really appreciated the larger shower in the bigger bathroom and the washing machine! Would recommend!

Lovely apartment, great location

Loved the apartment, very clean and everything we needed for our stay in Barcelona. Location is perfect with a lovely view of the Sagrada Familia from the balcony. Metro stations very close, so getting around was really easy. Thank you Hans and Allan

Great safe location!

Nice location with views of Sagrada Familia but obstructed with the facade restoration scaffolding and screen. Nice newer bathrooms with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Walking distance to several markets and restaurants. Train line short walk. The train system is clean, safe, efficient and cheap. Has a small elevator for suitcases vs carrying up the stairs. Although not needed, apartment has a security alarm you can use. Would stay here again.

Perfect Base of Operations

The location is perfect! Right across from Sagrada Familia, Hop-on-hop-off bus stops a block away, and a metro linr that goes straight to the gothic quarter. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment for what we wanted to do in Barcelona.

Right in the heart of everything

Our stay in Barcelona was fantastic. The apartment was clean, had plenty of space for our family, and had everything we needed. It was nice to be right next to La Sagrada Familia. The trade-off for that is that the area of town is very busy as well. This is not a quiet place to stay but the perfect place to see Barcelona. The metro was close and easy to figure out. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location

This property is located right next to the park in front of La Sagrada Familia. It was spacious and very clean. The only problem that existed when we stayed there was they were working on the façade of the building. This led to construction netting and scaffolding over the wonderful view we were hoping to be able to see of La Sagrada Familia. It’s kind of the reason we picked it so it was a little upsetting. When there is no construction, this would be an amazing property with beautiful views.

Fantastic apartment in a Fabulous location!

What a great apartment and what a location!!! 3 bed apartment it has everything you need and more. To be honest we didn’t spend a lot of time in it but we didn’t want for anything whilst there, an immaculate place in a lovely old building right next to La Sagrada Familia. I would highly recommend if you’re thinking of visiting Barcelona.
