From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed like family. Lists of places to eat, shop and how to commute. Fernando and Maria checked regularly by email that everything was going well. Their home was very comfortable, clean and had everything that you would need. Would highly recommend their home. Walkable to transportation, shops and restaurants. Thank you Fernando and Maria for a wonderful stay.

lovely apartment and perfect location
We were meet by the lovely owners who were so helpful. The property was clean and had absolutely everything you could want or need. (very well equipped) brilliant location, walking distance to the magic fountains and metro lines. Fantastic would highly recommend.

Live Like a Local
My husband and I were looking for a real Barcelona experience, where we could live, shop, and eat, not just sightsee. This apartment delivered. The photos are very accurate with a wonderful large terrace where we had coffee every morning and hung our clothes to dry. Two of the bedrooms have sizable comfortable beds, the third has a twin bed. The bathrooms are small, but typical for Europe. The kitchen was very well stocked and we easily cooked many meals. The cupboard was stocked with sugar, salt, coffee, bottled water, olive oil, etc. Each room has an air conditioner if needed.
The Tarragona metro station is 2 blocks away and got us nearly everywhere we wanted to go in minutes at a very modest price. The Sants train station is about 4 blocks away. We enjoyed the neighborhood with the Joan Miro park nearby and the bullring that has been turned into a shopping/dining mall a short walk away.
The host Maria kindly asked her neighbor to also greet us when we arrived to serve as an interpreter since we don't speak enough Spanish to understand everything she wanted us to know about the apartment and surrounding area. She also provided a handy list of nearby restaurants and grocery stores.
We highly recommend this apartment if you enjoy living like a local.

Excelente apartamento y estadia!
Excelente apartamento, muy prolijo, muy bien equipado, super cómodo y de conveniente ubicación. En un barrio tranquilo, con una plaza, un mall, parada de metro y supermercado a dos cuadras. Ideal para familias con niños (4) como fue nuestro caso. Ma Luisa y Fernando (los dueños) se ocuparon de nosotros desde antes de nuestra llegada. Coordinando con antelación el ingreso al apartamento así como también ayudándonos con las opciones de traslado desde el aeropuerto de Barcelona. Nos recibieron en el apartamento según lo planeado, indicándonos todas las comodidades y detalles del mismo. Hasta nos sorprendieron con atenciones que no esperábamos! Estuvimos 6 noches y nos sentimos como en casa, no nos hizo falta nada y lo disfrutamos mucho!!!

estupenda propiedad
muy grande y agradable, limpio, con todo lo necesario, una terraza estupenda, bien situado cerca de 3 métros, supermercados, y una propietaria de muy facil contacto y buenos consejos. Recomendamos el apartamento.

Very clean and modern
The appartment was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay there. It is near the Plaza Espanya and Las Arenas (a shopping centre with restaurants at the top). There are only one bedroom to the outside. The other two bedrooms have windows to the shaft.

Belle location , les propriétaires très sympathiques et avec plein de solutions
C'est la bonne adresse , on ne peut trouver propriétaires plus sympathiques , ils ont la solution à tous les problèmes , appartement très propre et bien placé , métro à côté , Place d' Espagne .

Très satisfaits par cet location
Après un accueil très sympathique de Maria Luisa, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement, très bien aménagé et équipé. La mise à disposition de café, biscottes, jus de fruit... nous a permis de nous installer en toute tranquillité. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse très agréable et bien fleurie.
Nous recommandons cette location, bien située dans Barcelone et calme.

Appartement refait à neuf - Très bon accueil
Appartement très propre, équipement complet, terrasse agréable. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Situation proche de la la Plaça d'Espanya et du parc Montjuïc. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
