    areas of Barcelona, Avinguda Parallel, where you can find everything
    around the corner, fantastic kitchens, theaters, and shopping areas.

    It has a capacity for 4 people and is fully equipped for everything you
    need during your stay. Recommended for families, not groups of young
    people

    The space

    Enjoy this modern and comfortable apartment, newly renovated in 2025,
    located on Barcelona's iconic Avenida Paral·lel. With 70 m² of floor
    space, this flat offers a spacious and well-distributed layout, ideal
    for families, couples or small groups looking for a comfortable and
    functional stay in the city.

    The flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a
    practical dressing room, offering privacy and comfort for all guests.
    The layout has been carefully designed to combine comfort,
    functionality and modern style.

    The living room is bright and cosy, with access to one of the balconies
    overlooking the lively Avenida Paral·lel, while the second balcony
    overlooks a large inner courtyard, providing a quiet space typical of
    traditional Barcelona buildings. The flat has central air conditioning
    and shared Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and connectivity throughout your
    stay.

    The building has an old lift, characteristic of the city's classic
    properties, which may generate some noise at certain times. Smoking is
    strictly prohibited in any area of the flat, including balconies and
    terraces, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

    Thanks to its central location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be just a
    few minutes away from Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public
    transport, making it easy to explore Barcelona and its main
    attractions.

    This flat combines comfort, brightness and modern design, with spaces
    designed for a pleasant and practical stay, making it an excellent
    choice for those looking to enjoy the city from a well-located and
    fully equipped accommodation.

    Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will
    take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional
    noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will
    remain available at all times.

    Currently the building next door is undergoing some construction work
    so during the day it is possible that some noise may be heard.

    Please note the following important information before booking:

    - Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included on arrival, however,
    replacement or exchange during your stay is not included.

    - Baby crib:

    Price: 30.00 EUR per booking. It is not guaranteed, guests must request
    it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

    -Extra guest:

    Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
    charged €10 per night.

    -The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day
    and night.

    -Late arrival:

    Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

    - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

    - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint
    or being aware of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
    eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
    is prohibited in the apartment and balcony.

    - Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
    receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
    intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the
    police fine)

    Guests have access to all the apartment.

    Located in the heart of Paral·lel, you'll be surrounded by life,
    culture and gastronomy:

    Theatres and entertainment

    Just a few minutes' walk away you'll find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre
    Condal and the famous Sala Apolo, making the area the ‘Broadway of
    Barcelona’.

    Tapas and gastronomy

    Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos
    bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.

    Montjuïc and green areas

    A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens,
    museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very
    popular for its night-time light and water show.

    Excellent connections

    The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist
    attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the
    historic centre.

    This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or
    business travellers looking for a strategic location with services,
    atmosphere and comfort.

    Other things to note

    The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
    theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
    facilities of our flats.

    Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
    safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
    boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
    secured.

    The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
    guest.

The apartment is newly furnished and very clean. The beds are comfortable and communication was prompt. The air conditioning worked well and cooled off quickly. The kitchen is well-equipped and we had everything we needed for our short 2-day stay.
