creating a welcoming shared space where guests can cook, enjoy meals
and relax after a day exploring the city. The apartment also has one
full bathroom.

Important information to consider before booking

Please take note of the following important information before making
your reservation:

* Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.
However, replacement or additional changes during the stay are not
included.

* Baby cot:

* Price: €30.00 per reservation. Availability is not guaranteed.
Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance, and if available, we
will provide it.

* Additional guests:

* Any additional guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

* Noise:

* The Gothic Quarter is generally quite lively both during the day
and at night, so some street and neighborhood noise may occur.

Late check-in

* Standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
Please contact us if you would like to check in earlier.

* Outside these hours, a €30 cash surcharge will apply. From 22:00
onwards, the surcharge is €50, and from midnight onwards, it is
€80.

* If the arrival day is a local or national public holiday or a
weekend, the charge will be €30 until 22:00, €50 from 22:00
onwards, and €80 from midnight onwards.

* If the arrival date is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
€50 until 22:00 and €100 from 22:00 onwards.

* Tourist tax: The applicable tourist tax in Barcelona in 2026 will
be charged: €9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years
old and for a maximum of 7 nights. In addition, a €15.00 service
fee will apply.

House rules

* SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Smoking is not permitted under any
circumstances in any area of the apartment. If we receive a
complaint or have evidence that smoking has taken place inside the
apartment, this will result in immediate eviction and a minimum
fine of €400.

* PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If we receive a
complaint and/or the police, security services or neighbors become
involved, a €500 fine will be charged, in addition to any police or
official fines that may apply.

As soon as you enter Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, you immediately feel
the pulse of the city’s history. Cobblestone streets wind between
medieval buildings, and every corner seems to whisper stories from
centuries past.

Begin your walk at Plaça de Sant Jaume, home to the impressive
Barcelona City Hall and the Palau de la Generalitat. As you admire the
ornate façades, you can almost imagine the political debates and
celebrations that have taken place here throughout history.

Turn onto the narrow Carrer del Bisbe and look up at the neo-Gothic
bridge arching above you. It feels like stepping into a storybook. Take
a moment to admire its intricate stonework and imagine the merchants
and travelers who once passed beneath it.

The peaceful Plaça del Rei offers another glimpse into Barcelona’s
past. Beneath your feet, Roman ruins can be seen through glass panels
at the MUHBA Museum, revealing a hidden layer of the city’s ancient
history. Walking among the old walls, you can truly appreciate
Barcelona’s deep historical roots.

Then comes the lively Plaça Reial, where palm trees sway gently and
Gaudí’s iconic street lamps add a distinctive touch. Stop at one of the
cafés, enjoy a coffee and watch locals and visitors fill the square
with conversation and laughter.

Art lovers can continue along Carrer de Montcada, home to the Picasso
Museum. Inside the elegant medieval palaces, you can discover some of
Picasso’s early works and follow the beginnings of his artistic
journey.

Under no circumstances will the property be responsible for theft,
robbery, loss or removal of personal belongings that may occur inside
our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly advised to take all necessary precautions to
protect their valuables, including using safety deposit boxes if
available, and keeping all doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security and safekeeping of personal belongings is the sole
responsibility of the guest.
