Great location in easy walking distance to many attractions , restaurants and shopping. We chose room 702 with a large deck overlooking the city and a private jacuzzi which was so nice after walking the city all day. Staff was very helpful and friendly and breakfast was excellent.

The management & staff were excellent & could put a 5* hotel to shame from our experience. Breakfast was fantastic, so much on offer, all very fresh, tables, chairs & placemats were cleaned after every person which we felt was so nice. The breakfast staff were very attentive to any & every need, couldn't wish for a better team. We highly recommend staying here & would come back if returning to Barcelona.

Great little hotel. Front desk was super nice and checked us into our room early so we could rest. The rooms were clean, quiet and had everything that was needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of places. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of good fresh items.

Comfy beds!
Beds were extremely comfortable and even though we were facing the busy street with the window closed it shut out all the loud noise. The staff at the front desk were friendly and curious!

We have never been to barcelona, but we did some online research before going. Honestly, this hotel was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The people were super nice, the breakfast was outstanding, the room was clean and work well, and the location was perfect. You are a block from the aerobus, two different Metro stations, and easy walks in all directions to shopping, la rambla, and the gothic quarter. We walked around the gothic quarter almost every day, because it was so fantastic. We were also able to take train trip to Montserrat, and metro to the montjuic district, as well as barceloneta and the beach. I would stay in this hotel again if I visited barcelona. Again, I can't stress how nice the staff is.

My stay at the Roo Mate Pau hotel was truly unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the friendly and efficient staff, every detail was perfect.
