"O quarto era tão velho que tinha buraco na parede e no ar condicionado que dava para ver a rua, tinha manchas que parecia sangue no chão, o teto parecia muro de chapisco pintado de branco, a cortina do corredor era tão velha que não escondia os buracos da janela. O ar condicionado era amarelado, mto mto antigo e barulhento. Os rodapés estavam todos soltos com a madeira podre, corroída pelos cupins. Os mobiliários do quarto era mesa e cadeira enferrujada.
