Good restaurant, good bed. All good. Elevators are pretty slow and in rush hours, it takes a lot of time to use them. Overall, good hotel. The best one in Paulinia.

O quarto não tinha copo de vidro e com cheiro mal falta de cuidado com hospede e restaurante não podeiria fazer refeição com almoço e janta por causa de evento teria que comer no quarto e pagar 30 reais para usar garfo e faca não recomendo e a limpeza tinha que implorar para trocar toalhas e dar papel higienico. e quarto com sacada panorama teria obrigãção de ter uma maquina de café pelo preço da diaria que cobra muito alto.

Tudo estava bem organizado e fomos recebidos pelo segurança que nos orientou sobre o estacionamento (faltou falar que é pago). Eu não usei a piscina mas ela estava um pouco suja. E achei que faltou disponibilidade de água para os hóspedes na recepção (sem ser água comprada).

O valor do cardápio é elevado em relação aos pratos servidos no restaurante do hotel. Pedi uma salada que já veio “temperada” com muito óleo, deveriam utilizar azeite. O grelhado sem nenhum tempero é carne dura. O café da manhã, pouquinhas opções de frutas (2), bolos (1), sem pão de queijo (???). Pela categoria do hotel, muito ruim. Os demais, nota 9, inclusive a recepção e educação dos funcionários.
