I went to Campinas SP Brasil with my family. I got 2 rooms. Im really happy. I did this 2023 for a week so back again 2024. That's a very good staying. I truly recommend.

Loce this hotel. Im handicapped, and rhey separatete a special room for me. The bathroom is petfect size, very accessible theres is a bencrh with bars in the shower and toilet. The service is excellent. The lady brought me another bed easy to transfer and the guy who help us put out luggage in the car was very nice. There is a supermarket that you can walk-in one minute away. Ill definitely be there again when I come back to Brazil.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Refrigerator didn’t seem to work very well and they said to come down to the front desk to get ice. When I came down an hour later it took me 30 minutes for them to get me some ice.

Hote tem quartos espaçosos, mas o serviço deixa muito a desejar , na verdade nem tem serviço . No quarto tem dois frigobar que nao serve pra nada poderiam coloca algumas aguas refri etc... mas nao bc e obrigado a descer la embaixo pra pegar as coisas inclusive pratos talheres ficam na recepção em uma armario embaixo . Absurdo nao nenhum serviço de quarto nada . Bamheiro do quartoo chao estava melado escorregadio .a equipe tambem e despreparada, combinei no checkin late check out ate as duas e no outro dia o um cara novo da recepção me liga cobrando a minha saida , expliquei pra ele e ele disse que nao foi deixado nada anotado , conclusao ele me acordou por nada . Com certeza nao voltaria a me hospedar

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel porque ele realmente atendeu minhas expectativas. Quarto com cama confortável e chuveiro farto com água quente. Café da manhã com muita variedade. A área da cobertura com piscina aquecida, saunas e academia também são uma ótima opção pra descansar e relaxar. A localização do hotel é muito boa, no centro de Campinas.

A estadia foi boa e o café da manhã era bem completo, com comidas frescas e reposição a todo momento! O único ponto é que pelas fotos as instalações pareciam um pouco mais novas do que realmente eram, principalmente a área da psicina. Além disso, o hotel está localizado na divisa para o centro de Campinas, ao invés do bairro Cambuí. Tirando isso, foi uma estadia boa e tranquila.
