"Cockroaches!!! You kill one then another one show up and bigger. Front desk staff didappear after 6pm and don't show up again till 9am next morning. Coffee machine stop working after 1 cup. You need to take your shoes off before entering theelevator to your floor. Will not book it again."

"The castle is incredibly eye-catching. Staying in this castle makes my daughters feel like they are real princesses. The environment is clean and beautiful, with fountain, statues, flowers, ducks, etc. You may easily spend more than an hour in the castle and garden just to take photos. Staff members there are friendly and nice. Surely I will stay there again if I visit TC next time."
