"The Arctic hotel has immense charm with its history and beautifully appointed furnishings. Great service and delicious free breakfast! Location is very convenient and right next to the rail station. "
"Hotel was good but something smelt fusty in the room only notice when we first got into the room the couple times we returned. Something wrong with the AC or something is my guess"
"Loved this Seattle 90s Rock themed Hotel!! The staff were super helpful and willing to go out of their way to make our stay better than we could imagine! Check in was fast and easy, lobby was clean and had every bit of 90s alternative rock and iconic memorabilia that you could imagine. Loved walking the halls and checking out which rock star was on every door. You can tell they really took the time to make your stay memorable! The location is perfect for downtown events, shopping, and conveniently located near coffee and breakfast places! We loved our stay, just hoping for a better view from our room next time we visit Seattle and stay at Hotel Max!!"
"Palihotel is in an excellent location - just steps away from Pike Place, the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. We arrived by Uber and walked everywhere. When we were ready to go to Pier 91 for our cruise, we took a taxi. Both modes of transport were great.
We enjoyed most breakfasts onsite which was so delicious! Hannah was our waitress and provided excellent service. Their bartender was amazing! I asked for drinks off the menu and he delivered excellent drinks each time!
The front desk attendants were very helpful. Adrienne made sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel is beautiful! We also enjoyed relaxing in their charming library/fireplace room. We loved the hotel and service so much that we rebooked rooms after returning from our cruise. "
