Amazing stay at Villa Santai
Amazing grounds and staff - Mrs Ketut met all of our needs for meals and coordinating drivers and activities—and Ketut also coordinated activities and drivers / felt spoiled the whole time - it was paradise!

Beautiful Home Highly Recommend
Thank you Ketut! The place is amazing! You are a great host ! Incredible view of the Bali Sea . Laying in bed listening to the waves crashing makes this location very special. The GARDNER’s Komang and Kadek , did a terrific job with the yard work . The Grounds are beautiful. This was a friend getaway and to also celebrate two of our birthdays. We went out to dinner twice and regretted it . Iluh is amazing cook! The dishes she prepared where five star . We couldn’t get enough of her smoothies and fresh fruit platters and her traditional foods of the region . The staff decorated are room for our birthdays. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you for a unforgettable stay .

Fantastic
Villa & gardens were very well maintained & was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Katut & lluh were wonderful & really looked after us. Their cooking was very good (we preferred to eat at the Villa) & they were happy to help with booking transport, arranging doctor or or any of our requests.

Fabulous Villa, Great Country and Lovely People
The ill is gorgeous, and the new owners have made some lovely aesthetic changes that made it better than advertised. I cannot praise the staff at the villa, and those supporting the villa (Angelique, Ketut, Ketut Landra and especially Elu). They made our stay impeccable, able to account for our needs and provide support and recommendations etc. It was like having your own private hotel (if the hotel was the Ritz) The North of Bali is quieter than the South ands perfect for needed R&R, but still had access to lovely restaurants and places to go and things to do (all arranged via Ketut & Ketut Landra) We had two fabulous weeks and will return. Thank you all to made our stay awesome.

Absolutely a must visit
My family had such a great time at Villa Santai! Its hard to over state the beauty of the grounds and the quality of the staff that made each day a treat. The pool is perfect to swim in any time of the day. Warm enough at night and plenty of shady spots for the heat of the day. A waterfall cascading down a rockscape past the jet pool leading down into the larger pool with magnolias and other trees flowering overhead is stunning. Plenty of little nooks to retreat to while reading or doing a little online work. Nice open dining area to be spoiled for each meal. Don't regret anything about it. But even more incredible are the staff. We had Elu handling the cooking and cleaning and the two times we ate in town, we found ourselves regretting it as the cooking back at the villa was superior. She was also so accommodating with a group of poor planners switching up our times and supplying us with snacks before dive sessions. Thank you so much. And I can't say enough good things about Ketut. She was the ninja of helpfulness. She overheard us discussing getting our vias renewed, interjected that it could be done in Lovina and then proceeded to basically handle the whole getting it expedited leaving us with just one visit into town to get pictures and fingerprints taken. Totally saved two days of hastle. Ketut did that with so many things. Scooter rental, dolphin boat scheduling, dive shop arrangements, etc... Thank you so much for the helping hand! We will definitely be back.

wonderful place
Thank you very much for this amazing place. My family had an awesome stay, everyone was happy about the villa. The housekeepers and the gardeners were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, the Indonesian breakfast or the western breakfast, it's was really good and the housekeepers were preparing everything and kept everything really tidy and cleaned everything 6 times a week. It's directly on the beach and it's wonderful. It takes a short ride to Lovina central, but it's alright because you have a lot privacy at the villa. I recommend this villa to everyone. It's easy to organise a driver when you talk to the front desk manager. It was definitely not the last time to rent that villa. Thank you to everyone and see you soon. Revisiting Bali after 30 years
First time visit to Lovina and loved it. It's still Bali as it was 30yrs ago but more Bikes ha! The villa was perfect in quiet area on the beach. Staff were wonderful as was the meals they prepared daily for us. Transport was easily arranged when needed. Our highlight was the food, cocktails and snorkeling.

Fabulous Property
We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights at this property with family recently. The house is beautiful, very large, on a wonderful property. The waterfall and pool are very special features. The staff was excellent and the food they cooked for us was superb. We loved our stay. The only downfall was there was a lot of garbage on the beach and in the water.

Amazing villa
We looked at many villas in different parts of Bali, but we are so glad that we chose this one! If you’re reading the reviews trying to make a decision, stop searching now and book this villa! The swimming pool with its own waterfall and shallow small river was an amazing place for our daughter to play safely in during the very hot days and having a private pool was great for all of us when we wanted to cool off. The beach at the end of day in large garden is not amazing for snorkelling, but the water is warm and relatively clean compare to other places in Bali. Having the pirate ship to watch the sunset and relax in the cool of the evening was a bonus. The rooms were comfortable, if a little plain, but the bathrooms with it’s sunken shower were beautiful. The ac worked and was plenty strong enough for the hottest days. The staff were great and accommodated our varied meal requirements. They kept the house very clean and prepared delicious food for us as well as arranging for massages and transport whenever we wanted to take a trip. We would all stay here again in a heartbeat

Exactly as advertised!
Just returned home from a fabulous vacation! We stayed with another couple at your villa for 8 days and the 4 of us enjoyed it immensely. We used the pool daily, enjoyed the cooking by your staff, visited the ship for massages regularly and enjoyed the daily night caps by the pool! The best part of all was the services of Ketut, your driver. He took us everywhere, made suggestions and recommendations and all for very reasonable rates. The upgrades to the WiFi really made a difference, with speeds just like home. Thanks again. Brian & Karen

Perfect relaxen
We hebben genoten van de rust en het prachtige zwembad. De bedden zijn comfortabel en de badkamers netjes en schoon. Iluh staat elke ochtend klaar met een ontbijt naar je wensen. De tuin is prachtig. Wat kan je nog meer wensen op vakantie? Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

This place was wonderful. We were 10 persons living in this villa during Christmas. It was enough of space for all of us and the bedrooms were better then we expected from the pictures. Ketut and Ilun cleaned the house for us and cocked our food every day that we liked, they also arranged different trips for us. They were always helpful to make our stay confortable. We really appreciated the garden and the beautiful areas were we could hang around. The pool was great with a small waterfall that makes it more than just a pool. It was the perfect place for a big family to relax and we give this place our warmest recommendations. // Swedish family
