(We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "The Quay Hotel & Spa was a perfect stay, the decor and landscaping within and amongst the grounds is beautiful. The staff were so kind, attentive & professional. The Spa was very good as well, it seemed expertly constructed & amenities were fabulous. We enjoyed our room which had stunning view of the courtyard. I will be booking this hotel again for all of our North Wales stays! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
