The advantage is the great location; it is close to everything and offers convenient access to shopping malls. However, there was a strong, unpleasant odor when I first entered the room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Overall, it was reasonable for the price. If you plan to book, I recommend choosing a room away from the main road, as the room I stayed in was very noisy. The staff were friendly. I believe the building is split roughly half-and-half between rental apartments and hotel rooms.

The staff here are an absolute delight, firstly the housekeeping team on floor 5 were so thoughtful, and kept my room spotless to a really high standard every single day. The reception team were just as helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. My room on floor 5: the Air Con does look a bit the worse for wear, but honestly it worked perfectly well and kept the space nice and cool. The room was big with a lil balcony. There’s a really good gym on-site, fully kitted out with free weights and cardio kit, plus a lovely pool area, brilliant rooftop views, and it gets just the right amount of sun if you want to catch a tan. Location-wise very good if you’re heading to BTS its around a 5-minute walk to either On Nut or Bang Chak stations, and the hotel also runs a shuttle service too. There are 7-Eleven and Lawson stores right nearby, handy for alsorts, food, cosmetics, drinks, laundry liquid, basic electronics, vitamins etc... I’d definitely book to stay here again.
