Extremely well situated hotel in downtown Bangkok. Close to BTS and Phaya Thai stations. Super clean rooms and very helpful staff. Nice rooftop pool makes this an excellent choice when staying in Bangkok.

Every is good but it can be better. I do not like the smell inside the hotel and especially in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are wonderful. Room are clean. Only the strange unlikeable smell I did not like.

i love the whole experience, nice and sweet staff, small but clean pool, lovely breakfast. however, there is a big construction site outside of the hotel that made dusts flying every where. restaurants and massage can be found nearby. thanks for the upgrade btw~

Property was old with green hospital floors and renovated to make it a nice brand, failed. Smelled of old building. Same brand we stay outside of BKK and the building was new and modern. Will not stay , high price for the amenities and building .

Wouldn’t allow me to change my date for stay. I scheduled the day of the earthquake and was a bit panicked. Less than a minute after booking I realized it was the wrong date and attempted to change but they had zero sympathy and kept my money
