"What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! Highly recommend. "

"Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! "Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

Hotel should install a mosquito killer lamp or electric mosquito repellent to lessen those mosquitoes. Breakfast has 2 options - American and Thai. The staff will ask you for your choice of breakfast the night prior. Hotel location is about 10 mins from the airport but it is quite remote.
