"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. "I had a wonderful stay at Siripanna, the resort offered the perfect blend of tranquillity and comfort. It was beautifully quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for unwinding and escaping. The staff were absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail of the experience felt thoughtful and genuine. I’m already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai."

"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."

"The unit has a dining area, the bedroom and the bathroom are large. The big pond by the restaurant adds to the ambiance. Food items they have on menu are cheap but delicious. The owners are very helpful although they can only speak Thai. The only issue is that the location is away from the amenities of the city. "

"The room had SUN hitting the window all day! The room was 50 degrees and took 4 hours to get to 35 degrees! The room needs to be shaded from the Sun or run A/C 4 hours before guest arrive! We stayed here 4 times before but never on the HOT SUNNY SIDE of the Hotel! The Pool is Nice and the food brings us back each year! I will ask for a room on the shade side next time! I didn’t know! lol "

"Nice and comfortable, the bedroom was in great condition and balcony was really nice. Air con was also working, although we didn’t need it for our stay. We did notice a spot of old blood on the duvet but it seemed like a stain, and was otherwise definitely clean. They also provided a kettle and coffee for the morning, and assisted us with a late check in."
