"The room had SUN hitting the window all day! The room was 50 degrees and took 4 hours to get to 35 degrees! The room needs to be shaded from the Sun or run A/C 4 hours before guest arrive! We stayed here 4 times before but never on the HOT SUNNY SIDE of the Hotel! The Pool is Nice and the food brings us back each year! I will ask for a room on the shade side next time! I didn’t know! lol "

"We had excellent service and staff. The rooms were really nice and clean. The bar in the restaurant were really good. Excellent selection of food. Everything was really clean and up-to-date The only thing I had a problem is was the shower had hot water, but it wasn’t really hot like I like it, but I am from America so I am used to certain things. In the bed was pretty firm and I like a super comfortable bed as far as a pillow top. Other than that, the resort was very beautiful and I slept better than I thought on a firm bed everything else in the facility and resort made up for it and it kind of sits out in the country away from everybody so it is nice and quiet at night. "

"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."
