"Everywhere was very clean! The main thing that stood out was how attentive the staff were! They genuinely cared about making it as best a stay as possible.they provided a taxi service very easily into the city on both days of the lantern festivals and it wasn’t any bother. They were all very welcoming and polite and I cannot praise the staff at this hotel more.!"

"The villa was so beautiful and spacious! Great for a big group to stay at and about a 20 min quick drive to the city and old town! The breakfast provided every morning was amazing! It was delivered to the room while i slept and didnt hear a noise. The service and stay were definitely 5 stars! The private pool was refreshing! Thank goodness it is private bc i forgot my bathing suit! Pen is so nice and accommodating! She really went above and beyond her job! So is so helpful with wonderful recommendations! Highly recommend. Will be back!"

"This hotel experience is not reflective of the price and we checked out several days early as had quite simply had enough. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. Breakfast was similarly cold and badly cooked/poor ingredients. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (this is just an observation as not something that can be rectified) but this meant every trip out and back led to arguments with taxi drivers who wanted double the app set price as they didn’t think it worth their time otherwise. Everything is very dated. The atmosphere of the hotel was depressing, I saw just several other people sitting in silence eating their breakfasts, looking into the distance and I think, wondering like me, when their pain and suffering would be over. The hotel is not reflective of the pictures or the other reviews in my opinion so I would tread carefully when booking, "

"This area was absolutely gorgeous! It was remote and very peaceful. The staff was above and beyond in their care and helpfulness. We were a little confused on how to leave this area as there was a small landslide that blocked one of the roads and one of the owners took the time not just to explain but drove in front of us until we were back on the main road guiding us the whole way. I have traveled many places around the world and this has to be by far my most favorite place I have stayed. We will absolutely be returning "

"I took a solo trip to this resort and I must say the staff is very friendly, the resort is very clean, and the food is very good. Btw there is so much stuff to do around the resort I would suggest waiting to book your excursions once you get here. An employee named Tan was very helpful. They also have a beautiful river fall on the resort! Beautiful mountains as well!"

"Staff was amazing. However, the room was not worth the price. Privacy was an issue with the curtains, there were water issues in the back area, and the fan above the bed had to be turned off because of weird noises. The place has potential, but it needs some attention. "

"We booked the room with the private pool. The room is spacious and bright. The pool is kept at a great temperature and is surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The hotel offers transport to local attractions and they were always very eager to help. "
