"I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to rest before an early flight. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was with the airport shuttle. The hotel advertises a free scheduled shuttle to Suvarnabhumi Airport, but when I requested it, I was told the service was not available because my departure time was too early. As a result, the hotel charged us a fee for airport drop-off. This was disappointing, as the free shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Aside from the shuttle confusion, everything else was great. I would still recommend the hotel for its comfort, service, and proximity to the airport, but I suggest confirming shuttle availability in advance if you have an early flight. "

The amenities were everything that we were looking for including the flatscreen TV that allow me to watch my Netflix and YouTube. These features are hard to find in comparable locations. The food was of good taste and had lots of variety. The shower and bath. In the bathroom or clean. And modern was good water pressure and a deep bathtub. "
