Great place! Staff is very nice and so accommodating! Make sure to sign up for an airport shuttle beforehand and confirm their schedule! We didn’t sign up beforehand because we didn’t know, but the staff still accommodated us and the shuttle was great! They have a restaurant, but the street food nearby was great too!

The location is im a nice residential area of Thailand with close and easy access to the airport. The hotel was clean with a lovely pool, restaurants and a massage place with a close by ATM. The shuttle to the airport is helpful and the staff incredibly kind. As a single US female traveler I felt safe, comfortable and cared for. A lady that just started with the hotel and was training (I didnt get her name) was absolutely excellent. As a Hotel Hospitality executive I know great talent when I see it, and she was exceptional! As was the shuttle driver, the chefs and everyone there. khàawp-khun kha. I look forward to returning.

The room was very clean and the staff was great. Loved the room, just not the stiff bed. The hotel is more used by Chinese tourist so breakfast was more for them. Overall not a bad hotel, but far from the main roads. Would probably use this hotel again for a night or two, but not long stays.

The hotel is modern but the floor in the room was dirty. The toilet was not bolted down and was loose. I requested an extra pillow and they charged 100 baht for it. When I booked a shuttle they charged 100 baht extra for a small bag. Not a good feeling here. The pool was very nice.

This hotel is primarily an airport transit hotel. It is located near the airport but somewhat out of the way. Transit from BKK to the hotel by taxi is about 30 minutes, There is no hotle transit bus as indicated in the description. The staff at the hotel are great! Courtious, helpful and very friendly. 5-stars. The rooms are a little run down, but nothing serous. Price is very good; I think about US $40 per night. There is not much near the hotel that you can walk to: restaurants and some massage parlors. It is not a hotel you would want to stay at more than a few days, nor is it convenient to downtown Bangkok; however, worth checking out if you have to hold for a flight.

Thank you for a generally pleasant stay. Your team members were wonderful and especially helpful when assisting us with a lost Grab driver—we truly appreciated that kindness! However, we did encounter a few significant issues that unfortunately mean we likely won't be returning. We wanted to share them so your team can improve: Shuttle Miscommunication: On our second day, we asked the night staff to book the airport shuttle for 12:30 PM two days later (right after our check-out). After a brief discussion in Thai, they told us there was no shuttle at that time and suggested we book our own ride—or pay 400 baht for a private hotel driver. Because of the language barrier, we felt uncomfortable and weren't sure if we were being overcharged. We decided to think about it, and we didn't see those particular staff members again. Bathroom Pests: We noticed quite a few small ants in the bathroom. We didn't report it since we were mostly just using the room to sleep, but it is worth addressing for future guests. Early Morning Noise: Over two mornings, between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM, we were woken up by loud conversations, laughter, and high-volume walkie-talkies right outside our door in the hallway. It felt quite disrespectful to guests trying to rest. Aside from these concerns, we genuinely appreciated the friendly staff who treated us warmly during our stay. We hope you take this feedback constructively to improve the experience for future visitors.
