"I was attracted to this hotel because of the very high quality of building design. The internal spaces were beautifully crafted; the photos on the website accurate and are through-out the building with the large rooms all having a theme.I took may photos INSIDE the hotel. LOL. The rooftop restaurant was also to die for....I spent some time looking over the ocean, reading a book and drinking Thai beer. You cannot get better than that. "Due to internet website mishap, my booking was made for incorrect date - 6 weeks in advance. Immediately I realised the mistake and within 15 minutes emailed the company, then again, and again over the next few days..In the end I drove to the location and spoke with the very helpful staff who were sympathetic. I wanted to book into the hotel immediately - they had rooms and the hotel was less than half full. I asked to have my booking 6 weeks in advance changed for same room. That request was...
