"We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the cottage over New Year. It is small and cosy and set in a small village overlooking fields and hills. The sunrise in the morning is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals and there is a large Sainsbury's about 10 minutes drive away to stock up on provisions. "Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. "The staff at this hotel were amazing and so kind! Especially Moses who worked at the bar, very professional and polite! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel is under renovations at the moment, so there is scaffolding and the elevators do not work. But they were very good about letting me know ahead of time and offering to put us on the first floor if needed. We would definitely come here again! Thank you to all of the staff! You guys are top notch!"
