The staff at that time were not very friendly, and there was a lack of presence at the desk. Basic customer service and courtesy seemed to be missing. I also experienced issues with some of the amenities. The internet, which had worked well in the past, was very slow this time. Even streaming short YouTube videos was difficult, as they frequently buffered and stopped midway. Breakfast was another area that felt below expectations. The hot meal options were quite limited, with only a few items available and minimal variety. Overall, this stay felt average compared to my previous visits, which were much better. I hope the hotel can address these inconsistencies, as I know from experience that they are capable of providing a much higher standard of service."

She told me to take a room on the third floor, which was very difficult, as I have a gait disorder. There is no elevator.
